Join Edge Clear’s Client Relations training program. This opportunity gives the right individual a chance to obtain commodity industry experience working in a support and development role. You will provide exceptional support to the brokers and clients with account and office operations as necessary to improve operational efficiency. You will become an intricate component of our process to maintain our relationship with our many clients. You will take a key role in a fast-paced and continuously-evolving environment. Client Relationship Manager reports directly to the Director of Edge Clear and is responsible for providing sales and technical support as well as client management.

COMPENSATIONFixed salary with performance bonus. Includes time off as well as shared group health
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESBe primary contact for clients to assist in account support, platform support, and client experience. Produce, upload and announce videos and training material. Manage all new account initiation processing once brokers turn over a client for opening. Work closely with our Clearing partners to ensure that all trader documentation is up to date as well as set limits and commissions provided by the broker. Create and organize company’s Knowledge Base (Support Center). Be responsible for all office management and organization including. Ensure that all services/logins and other access points are up to date for new, current or departing traders. Work with the Director of Brokerage Services on special projects
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSMinimum BA or BS degree (finance, business, marketing or management preferred). Proficiency in using MS Office. Excellent written and oral communication skills (this is key). Strong drive to build a successful career and able to set goals and achieve them. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
FAVORABLE QUALIFICATIONSSecond language. Ability to start immediately. Familiar with CRM use.
